A blooming
rock star... an eccentric, genius rap artist and a U.S.
Marine Sniper... what do they have in common? They are all
sons of RS Fenimore.
Step
inside the lives of father, RS Fenimore and his three sons;
Paxton, Spencer and Joe and you will be convinced once again
that truth IS stranger than fiction.
Paxton
works with his father removing trees and is usually fired
at the end of every day, where he returns to his one room
'crib' and pet squirrel...Spencer is a college student,
national guard reservist and lead singer of an up-and-coming
band called Mindrite and Joe is a U.S. Marine sniper currently
serving in Afghanistan. They have all taken different paths
in life but they all have one common thread that ties them
together other than being family...music.
All
four family members are talented recording artists and have
dreams of making a living playing their music, but they
come from humble roots and a midwest background and are
forced to live double lives on the road to their common
dream.
RS
Fenimore's debut album is entitled 'Dry' and sounds like
early Bob Dylan. He runs a tree removal service during the
day and records on his 8 track Roland at night.
Paxton
Fenimore is an eccentric rap artist with a 'Phar Cyde' sound.
He has recorded over forty songs but lacks focus and still
hasn't put out album to date. He also battles with a bad
reputation of being a loose cannon and has had various run-ins
with the local authorities in their home of Indianola, Iowa.
Spencer
Fenimore is lead singer of the popular midwest band called
Mindrite, a rock band that sounds like an intense 'A Perfect
Circle'. He is a national guard reservist (who recently
served in Iraq) and works towards his college degree during
the day and plays at various clubs throughout the midwest
on nights and weekends.
Joe
Fenimore is an active U.S. Marine sniper stationed in North
Carolina who serves on rotating tours in Afghanistan. He
writes and records acoustic music about his various experiences'
in the military.
Fenimore
Road is an episodic journey into the lives of these four
men, their personal struggles in life, the odd dynamics
of their relationships and the pursuit of their music.
